How deep is your patience? When we look in the mirror of the word of God, we can know exactly how we should behave. This is the image that we were created in, but life and sin came and marred the image. No one is perfect, but we are reaching towards that perfection. We are leaning towards maturity. This is a choice every day. Moment by moment there will be a challenge by which we will have to choose. As we consistently make the righteous (right) choices at every turn, we mature. Working spiritual muscles causes us to gain strength. We are in better shape than we used to be. That is encouraging! That’s growth
